In this meditation Carla-Jo helps you to cultivate a sense of calm and steadiness. We do this by placing our attention on the breath with a sense of non judgement and kindness.
Take 10 minutes out of your day to take care of yourself, to soothe your body and mind so that you can move through your day with more of a sense of mindfulness and care. Please read the descriptions and disclaimers for all meditations you use. |

This meditation has been created to help you cultivate a sense of calm when you find yourself awake in the night and struggle to get back to sleep. The paradox is that although you just want to go back to sleep you have to let go of this need and focus on calming the body without trying to problem solve your experience. When you do this you will naturally create the right state of mind and body to return to sleep.
Please do not use whilst driving or operating machinery. |
