I offer 1-1 and group 8 week breathworks mindfulness for stress and mindfulness for health courses. you can do these either in person or online via zoom, so no matter where you are in the world, you can work with me.

This course is for people with chronic pain, illness, and long-term conditions.
The award winning Breathworks Mindfulness for Health course teaches you mindfulness skills to help you improve the quality of your life and your health. You will learn: How to manage pain, illness and fatigue in daily life How to breathe into the present moment and find choice Breath and body awareness Gentle mindful movement and relaxation kindliness towards yourself and empathy for others. This 8 week course online costs £400 (£50 for a 60 minute session) and includes practice MP3s. You will receive The Little Mindfulness Workbook by Gary Hennessy and a practice book. Please pay for the course before the first session. On some occasions I am happy for you to pay weekly if you are able to commit to the 8 weeks. Concessions are available. |
mindfulness for stress
This course is for anyone dealing with stress of any kind, as well as for those wishing to bring a greater sense of richness, fulfilment and meaning into their life. I not only teach you ways to reduce stress, but also ways to become more ‘stress-hardy’ and resilient, so you will be less thrown by life’s difficulties.

I run groups and see people 1-1 at the Soul Spa which is a dedicated space for meditation and mind-body therapies in central bath.
Mindfulness mentoring ongoing sessions
I offer mentoring for people who have completed an 8 week course and would like support to help them develop their practice. I offer this online or at The Soul Spa in Bath. Sessions are £50. Concessions are available.

Unless due to illness or something unavoidable, you are asked to attend all 8 weeks of the course and the follow up day. We will post you hand-outs and information if you have to miss a week.
To get the best value from this course you will need to set aside 10–30 minutes of practice time each day and keep different kinds of Practice diaries. Practice is the key to mindfulness and the amount of practice you put in is reflected in the benefits you will feel.
You will need to be able to access MP3's online to listen to the guided meditations each week. Please wear loose fitting clothing suitable for simple Mindful Movement. There will also be chairs available.
I will supply course MP3's, a course folder for hand-outs, notebook and pen. Tea and coffee will be provided for the break in the session. Please contact me on [email protected] if you have any further questions.
NB: If for some unforeseen reason you are unable to complete a course then depending on the circumstances, I can offer a partial refund.
